Happy New Year and Welcome to 2022! As we begin the new year, TPM is looking to review and update Association Membership Services and Programs. One that may again be considered for 2022 is a TPM group 401(k) plan, that employers could offer to employees. The benefit of a group program is potential cost savings associated with the set-up and maintenance fees of a retirement program. With some of the recent changes in laws regarding retirement and 401(k) programs, we understand that it is easier to get this type of program started.

In the coming weeks, TPM will be sending out a survey to TPM Members to inquire about interest in a group 401(k) program. There are certain minimum requirements for start-up, but if there is enough interest we will put together more specifics about what is needed, and how participation in a TPM Group 401(k) Program may benefit you and your employees.

If you have thoughts or ideas about any of TPM’s services, please reach out to me at, or give our office a call. TPM’s New Years Resolution is to take care of our members and provide profitable and valuable business solutions. We look forward to hearing from you!
