From the President . . .

Adam Molenda

The temperature outside is starting to rise as we head into spring and summer. As a reminder, especially when your employees are working outdoors, there must be a heat illness prevention plan in place. This has been a focus of OSHA over the last couple of years. TPM received a grant that focuses on Heat Illness Prevention Training from OSHA and wants to encourage all of our members to contact us to receive the training.
It is a great opportunity to remind your staff through training, about the importance of following your heat illness prevention guidelines. Here is a link from the OSHA website to review an employer’s responsibility.
This training has been highly requested so we want to encourage everyone to get the training on the calendar as soon as possible. Contact TPM if you are interested.
